What sizes do you offer and what’s the thickness?
Available in 30cm to 100cm lengths, portrait or landscape. They are Ultra-thin at less than 2cm deep. It hugs the wall like a picture frame, not a bulky box.
How do I install it?
Super easy, most setups are up in minutes. Choose wall mounting (screws & plugs included) or hanging kit (included). Stand option is also available for smaller pieces (30cm max).
What happens if it arrives damaged or faulty?
If it’s damaged in transit or faulty, we replace it free of charge. Just send photos within 7 days of delivery.
What is your returns policy?
Because every piece is custom-made to your exact design, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size preference or design changes. All custom orders are final sale under Australian Consumer Law (except for faulty goods).
